Privacy Policy for Photo Note

This Privacy Policy applies to the Photo Note mobile application (“Application”), created by uggiggi (“Service Provider”).

The Application is provided as-is. This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected, why it is used, how it is protected, and how users can request deletion of their account and data.

1. Information We Collect

Photo Note can be used without creating an account. If you choose to use the optional Cloud Backup feature, you will be asked to sign in with a Google account.

Depending on the features you use, the Application may collect and process the following information:

• Account information: Firebase user ID and the email address associated with your Google account.
• User content: note text, tags, and photos that you choose to upload using Cloud Backup.
• Purchase information: product identifier, purchase token, and purchase verification status for the Cloud Backup purchase. The Service Provider does not receive or store your complete payment card or bank account information.
• Device and advertising information: advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, operating system information, and app interaction information that may be processed by Google Play Services and AdMob.
• Technical information necessary to operate, secure, and maintain the Application.

Notes and photos remain stored only on your device unless you explicitly use the Cloud Backup feature.

The Application does not collect precise location information.

1. How We Use Information

The collected information is used for the following purposes:

• To authenticate users and manage Cloud Backup accounts.
• To upload, store, display, restore, and delete cloud notes and photos.
• To verify Google Play purchases and provide access to purchased features.
• To enforce the 100 MB cloud storage limit.
